Mayer Enterprises Waste Solutions offers one size: a 15 cubic yard dump trailer (7x14x4 feet). This is intentional. We found that one well-chosen size handles the vast majority of residential projects in Denver Metro without customers having to guess between multiple options.

What Fits in a 15 Cubic Yard Trailer?

• A full 2-car garage cleanout
• 5–6 rooms of furniture and household junk
• A complete basement or attic cleanout
• A full kitchen or bathroom remodel's worth of debris
• An entire roof tear-off on an average-sized home
• A shed demolition plus all the debris
• About 3 full pickup truck loads worth of yard waste

Weight Limit: Up to 2 Tons

Our flat rate covers up to 2 tons of debris. Most residential projects come in well under that. If you're hauling heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or rock, call us first — those materials add up fast and overage fees may apply.

What If I Need More?

If your project is larger than one trailer load, we can do multiple drops. Many contractors and large cleanout jobs use two or three trailer drops over the course of a project. Each drop is $350 flat rate.

What If I Think I Need Less?

Our trailer is always $350 regardless of how much you fill it. There's no smaller option — but that's actually good news. You don't have to stress about overfilling or running out of space. Fill it as much or as little as your project requires.
